It asks you to pick one of several supported languages, select the installation directory, and choose if you want a desktop shortcut. EDraw Flowchart can be installed on any Windows edition, all the way down to Windows 98.

As far as the interface is concerned, there is only one thing you need to ask yourself: do you like Microsoft’s ribbon UI? If you do, you will be glad to know that EDraw Flowchart uses a ribbon UI. If you don’t, then perhaps the application’s functionality will appease you.
